What is your turnaround time?
We can turn around most orders in 10–15 business days, as long as your hats are in stock. For an accurate turnaround time on your specific custom leather patch hats, please request a quote.
Are your patches sewn on or heat-applied?
All of our custom leather patches are sewn on by hand in America using top-of-the-line industrial sewing machines.
Do you use real leather?
We are happy to use real leather or vegan leather for your patches. The choice is completely up to you. Both options are very high quality and professional.
What colors of leather do you have?
We can do almost any leather color you have in mind. Feel free to send over an inspiration photo when you request a quote.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we can ship your custom leather patch hats to just about anywhere around the globe.
Can I mix hat styles in one order?
Yes, of course. You can mix as many hat styles as you like. Orders start at 24 hats total, with at least 6 of each style.
Can you do other patch styles as well?
Yes. In addition to our custom leather patch hats, we also offer embroidered patches, woven patches, woven labels, PVC patches, and direct embroidery.
Can you design the patch for me?
Yes, we would be happy to design a patch for you. We have free templates you can use for your patch, or one of our professional designers can build something for you from scratch.
