Custom Leather Patch Hats is part of Bison Printing LLC (“Bison,” “we,” “us”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on https://customleatherpatchhats.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our main website, https://www.printwithbison.com, has its own privacy policy.
Information you give us
When you request a quote, send artwork, or place an order, we collect the information you provide. That can include your name, email address, phone number, company or organization, shipping address, order details, and any files you upload.
We use this information to respond to you, prepare quotes and mock-ups, produce and deliver your order, and keep normal business records. We only ask for what we need, and you’re free not to share it, but we may not be able to complete your request without it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site automatically receives some technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the website or ad that sent you to us. When you submit a form, we also record your IP address and browser to help protect our forms from spam.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it. We use Google Analytics to measure things like how many people visit, which pages they view, and whether they request a quote. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information about your visit, such as your device, browser, approximate location, and pages viewed. You can learn how Google uses this information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Advertising
We may advertise our products online, for example with Google Ads. If you arrive on our site by clicking one of our ads, a cookie may store information about that ad click so we can tell whether our ads lead to quote requests.
You can control or limit ad personalization at:
- Google: https://adssettings.google.com
- Many advertising companies: https://optout.aboutads.info
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of our site may not work properly without cookies.
Other services on our site
Our site loads some fonts, icons and similar website files from other providers’ servers, which may receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, when you visit.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described in this policy:
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider, order management, payment, and shipping providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- With the analytics and advertising partners described above.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Bison, our customers, or others.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests, order details, and artwork for as long as we need them to serve you and keep our business records, and as required by law. Analytics data is kept by Google for up to 14 months.
How we protect information
We use reasonable, commercially acceptable measures to protect the information we collect from loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No website or online service is completely secure, though.
Links to other sites
Our site links to sites we don’t operate, such as our review pages and supplier sites. We aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review their privacy policies.
Children’s privacy
Our site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve given us by contacting us using the details below. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
